Firmware Update Error

Troubleshooting Steps:

A firmware update was not successfully installed on the bike. 

Be sure the bike is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Power off the bike and wait 1 minute before restating.

Close your Globe app and all apps running in the background. Make sure you're not connected to anything over Bluetooth other than the bike.

Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection and keep your phone close to the bike during the update.

Once all these are confirmed, you can reattempt the update via the app.

If the issue persists, try another device if available or please contact your local retailer or Specialized Rider Care.
