Fork

Set your Brain fork pressure according to the table below:

Rear Shock

The rear shock has four settings to allow you to customize your suspension.

Zero pressure in negative volume chamber (Race setting)

After you have pressurized your shock to your weight setting, press the negative pressure release button (5 in image below) to release any air in the negative spring volume chamber.

Check your air pressure. You should have 0 mm of sag (see inset in image below). Add or remove pressure to fine tune as desired. See the chart for recommended pressure to achieve 0 mm of sag.

Mid pressure in negative volume chamber (Minimal sag)

Release all of the air out of the shock, then compress the shock halfway (see A in image below). While the shock is compressed, press the negative pressure release button (5) for a few seconds.

Pressurize your shock to your ride pressure. You should have 2-3 mm of shock sag (see blue shading in inset below). Add or remove pressure to fine tune as desired. See the chart for recommended pressure to achieve 2-3 mm of sag.

Maximum pressure in negative volume chamber (Maximum sag)

Release all of the air out of the shock, then fully compress the shock to the bottom line (see B in image below). While the shock is compressed, press the negative pressure release button (5) for a few seconds.

Pressurize your shock to your ride pressure. You should have 4-5 mm of shock sag (see blue shading in inset below). Add or remove pressure to fine tune as desired. See the chart for recommended pressure to achieve 4-5 mm of sag.

Volume spacers and reduced pressure in negative volume chamber (Comfort setting)

This process requires special skills and tools. We recommend consulting an Authorized Specialized Retailer for this setup. See the user manual for instructions.
