Fork service should follow the manufacturers' recommendation, which is typically every 50hrs for seals and every 200hrs for damper services.

Brain shocks require air can service every 125hrs and damper service every 250hrs.  Please contact your Authorized Specialized Retailer to coordinate a service.

Air can and seal services may be performed by your Authorized Specialized Retailer.

Damper services will be performed at the Specialized Service Center. All damper service orders on MY21 and later Brain rear shocks will be covered at no cost to the rider for 2 years from purchase. Riders must follow this procedure:

  1. Register the bike on specialized.com 
  2. Bring the bike to a Specialized retailer. You can find a retailer with the Find a Retailer link
  3. The retailer will coordinate service with Specialized and get a labor credit. You will only have labor charges if there are other services performed
