The Globe App displays real-time metrics such as speed, battery percentage, estimated range, and trip distance. It also allows riders to update firmware over the air (OTA) and activate the system to work with the Globe aftermarket throttle. Other notable features include an error log and a lock feature to deter theft.

The Globe App can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play store.

Download the Specialized Globe app and pair your bike

To get the most out of your Globe experience, download the Specialized Globe app from the App Store or Google Play Store. 

If you already have a Specialized account, you can use your existing email address and password to log into the app. Create a new account with the SIGN UP button in the app. You will need to validate your email address.

To pair your bike:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth® in your phone settings

  2. Turn on the bike
  3. Select the CONNECT button in the app
  4. Confirm that the pairing code in the app (last four digits) matches the one on the Globe HMI display.
