Trouble finding serial numbers - iOS and Android

Some riders have reported problems registering their bike. We are looking into this and will have it resolved soon.

Find the pairing code

Not all bikes require a pairing code. If the app prompts you to enter a 6-digit code, it can be found by several ways depending on which Turbo bike you have:

  1. TCD-w bikes (Vado/Como): The pairing code is visible on the TCD-w display when you are connecting. Should you miss the time-window for entering the code into the app, a new code is issued at next attempted connection
  2. TCU bikes:
    1. The pairing code is printed on the yellow “Peel Me” frame sticker (find "BLE" followed by six numbers). This sticker should be placed on the last page of your User Manual for future reference.
    2. The pairing code is also on the TCU itself. You will need a Torx 10 driver to uninstall and reinstall the TCU. To remove the display and find your code, simply undo the single T10 Torx bolt and gently pull the display upwards and towards the front wheel. The six-digit code will be visible on a white sticker on the side of your display. When reinstalling, ensure the USB port is properly sealed and lightly tighten the screw. Do not exceed 0.8 Nm!

The app crashes on Android devices.

The application may crash if there is little free memory on the device. Make sure that the memory is not full.
