Frame

The Shiv TT Disc features a full carbon 11r frame that is UCI legal.  Four frame sizes are available: XS, S, M & L

Cable Routing

Shiv TT Disc is designed for use with electronic groupsets only. There are no provisions for mechanical cable routing.

Brake hoses are routed internally through the basebar and under the stem cover to the headtube area.  The front brake hose is routed through the steerer top cap, S209900034, and into the steerer where it passes through a bonded steerer tube plug before exiting the fork leg near the caliper.

The rear brake hose (and Di2 wire) is routed through a nylon hose as it exits the basebar and enters a passage behind the steerer in the top tube.

S209900041 is for Di2 bikes: the hose is 8mm to allow the Di2 wire and rear brake hose to pass through.

S209900042 is for eTap bikes: the hose is 5.5mm to allow only the rear brake hose to pass through.

eTap shifter wires are routed internally through the basebar and extensions before meeting at the blip box which can be mounted beneath the basebar.

Di2 wires from the extensions are routed down the tower spacers and into the basebar, where they are combined with a B-junction before routing through the nylon tube, S209900041, with the rear brake hose.  The Di2 wire should be routed through the nylon tube before the rear brake line.

Di2 Cable Lengths:

Shifter to B-Junction: 1400mm

B-Junction to Front Derailleur: 750mm

B-Junction to Rear Derailleur: 500mm

B-Junction to A-Junction: 1200mm (with inline junction to allow removal of seatpost)

A-Junction to Battery: 500mm

The Shiv TT Disc fork is size specific.

XS: S202300015

S, M & L: S202300014

Forks have a bonded steerer plug with an opening to allow the front brake hose to pass through.
