Which bikes and phones are compatible with the app?

All Turbo bikes are compatible with the exception of 1st generation Turbo Levo (2016-2019) without a serial number and Turbo S/X. Globe bicycles are not currently supported; please use the dedicated Globe app.

Smartphones running operating systems iOS 15+ or Android 9+ are compatible.


Will I need a new account for the Specialized app?

No, you will be able to use the same login credentials that you’ve used on other Specialized applications (www.specialized.com, Mission Control, Ride App, etc.)


I don’t have an account. How do I set one up?

After you download and install the app, follow the instructions in the app to create an account using your email address. See How to Get Started for more information.


I have an account, but I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do? 

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password link in the app to reset your password. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Your password requires at least 8 characters and must have at least one capital letter, one lower case letter, and one number. If you don't receive an email with a link to reset your password, please check your email junk or spam folder. Double check the spelling of your email address. If you're still having trouble, you can contact our Rider Care team.


How do I edit my account information?

You can change your account information in the app under More > About Me. You can also do this if you log into your account on www.specialized.com.

Note: We are unable to change your email address after you've created an account. If you have a new email address, you will need to create a new account. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer rides between accounts.
