Bikes are currently not eligible for returns online. Please visit the authorized Specialized retailer from which you originally purchased the bike.
Specialized offers a one-time 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Specialized-branded equipment purchased from our online webstore at www.specialized.com. This includes apparel, components, and gear (framesets, wheels, and bikes are not included). This means Specialized-branded equipment purchased in our webstore can be returned for any reason and in any condition within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, excluding the initial shipping and handling charges. Note: Clearance items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return or check on the status of a return, go to our online Returns Portal.
If you wish to exchange for a different size and/or color, we ask you to return the original product and purchase the desired one from the webstore.

Online Bike Orders
If you purchased a bike online through our Pick Up In-Store or Home Delivery Program, you have 30 days from receipt to return it in new/unused condition. To initiate a return or exchange for a different size or color, if available, please contact the retailer that built or delivered your bike. The retailer will then work with us on the return or exchange. In all events, the bike needs to be in new/unused condition and must include all components and accessories that came with the bike.
Framesets, Kids Bikes, and Wheels
If you purchased any of these items from our online webstore at www.specialized.com, you have 30 days from receipt to return it in new/unused condition with all components and accessories you originally received. If you purchased Roval-branded wheels and components from the Roval online webstore, please return it via rovalcomponents.com.
Other Terms & Conditions for Returns
Note: Clearance items are not eligible for returns. We will do our best to process returns within five business days of receiving the returned item. Any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Once a return is approved, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment for the full purchase price, including applicable tax, but not including the initial shipping and handling charges. Depending on the original form of payment used, there may be a delay between us processing the refund and it posting to your account.
