How and when will you ship my order?
We generally offer ground shipping as well as various expedited shipment options. The best way to determine your options and pricing is to add your items to the cart and proceed with the checkout process.
We do our best to ship all orders received by 2:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday on that same business day. Otherwise, most items will ship the following business day. Once the order ships, delivery time will depend on FedEx and the method selected for shipping.
When FedEx has picked up your package and it goes into their system, a tracking number will be generated. This is visible from the "Order History" section of My Account, and then clicking "View Order." There you will find a tracking number. FedEx provides more detailed information for its air services like 3 day, 2 day, and overnight. FedEx Ground often produces minimal information from pickup to delivery.
If you have further questions on delivery, look up your tracking number from our website and give FedEx a call at 1-800 GoFedEx (463-3339) or visit www.fedex.com and plug your tracking number into it.
