Setup
Tubeless Compatibility
All Control wheels have tubeless-ready tape installed from the factory. 30mm wide tape should be used for replacement.
Tubeless valve stems are included with wheelsets: S204200010 - SUB TUBELESS VALVE STEM 40MM LONG
Spoke hole plugs may be used as a lightweight alternative to rim tape: S179900039 - MSC MY18 CONTROL SL SPOKE PLUGS (BAG / 50)

Lacing & Tension
Drive-side rear spokes and rotor-side front spokes should be at 1100-1200N of tension when the wheel is complete.

Hubs
Control 148: DT Swiss 360 internals, SRAM XD driver
Control wheels are Boost spacing, front: 15x110 and rear: 12x148mm.

Freehubs
Control 148 wheels use a SRAM XD driver.
Endcaps
19mm and 31mm endcaps are available for the front hubs. All endcaps are for 15x110 front axle spacing. These endcaps are semi-press fit in the hub. To remove an endcap, the front axle can be used to gently leverage the endcap out. To install endcaps, a cassette tool can be used to press in the new endcap.
