Lock Feature

You must use the Globe app to unlock the bike,

You can lock the motor of your Globe to deter against theft. 

1. Select the LOCK icon on the Globe app dashboard
   
   
   

2. The first time you use the lock feature, you need to create a passcode. 

   

   Do not forget your passcode! It is not possible to confirm or reset it remotely. 

   
   
   After you enter your passcode, select "CONFIRM” to lock the bike. The bike will then lock and power off.
   
   

3. When connected to a locked bike, the app dashboard will appear like this. Select the lock icon and enter your passcode to unlock the bike.
   
   
   The HMI display will read LOC when the bike is locked.
