About Me

After you create your account, go to More > About Me to view or update the following information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address (view only)

  • Weight (optional field)

  • Date of birth (optional field)

  • Biological sex (optional field)

We use weight, age, and biological sex to provide the most accurate calorie and weight-related power stats. The app is functional without these fields, but if you provide this information you will have more accurate ride analytics.

To protect your account information, we do not allow changing your email address.


What happens if I Delete My Account?

If you would like to delete your account, you can do this by tapping the Delete My Account button. Doing so will initiate deletion in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws and regulations of your personally identifiable information that is stored by or on behalf of Specialized. This includes the permanent deletion of your Specialized.com account, your Specialized app account, and any other accounts you have with Specialized. Once deleted, your information and access to your accounts cannot be recovered.

This function is currently available only for Apple phone users. Android functionality will be added in a future release. If you wish to delete your Specialized account and you have an Android phone, please see our privacy policy here for how to do so.
